Just added Petra099kAndroidAlpha1.apk which should work on any Android device with a gamepad. It does not support touch input nor any form of suspend/resume - ie. if you try to move away, it'll just shut down. I mainly made it for the OUYA microconsole but i also tried it on a Nvidia Shield tablet with its external gamepad and worked fine.

This is an alpha version so no source code, etc release yet. I'll post the code in a future update.
