Uploaded the Petra Engine to Codeberg at

Codeberg is an alternative to git hosting sites like GitHub and GitLab that is based on Forgejo, an open source, self-contained and lightweight program (compared to things like GitLab) written in Go for creating GitHub/GitLab-style "forges". Main reason i decided for this is that it can be easily self-hosted if needed, supports migration from other "forges" and the Codeberg organization is a non-profit based in EU.
